Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to the event.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive the signed agreement and deposit.

 

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. There is a card processing surcharge of 1.9%

Cancellation of booking and forfeiture of the deposit if not paid 14 days prior. Please contact us if you have any issues with payment, we would like to make suitable arrangements for you rather than cancel your booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel the booking:

  1. More than 14 days before the event: You will not be refunded the booking deposit

  2. Less than 14 days before the event: Booking deposit and remaining fee is forfeited

Revolve Moments reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure or staff illness). In such cases, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or work with you to reschedule the event.

 

Event Duration and Overtime

The booking includes the hours of booth operation as stated in your confirmation, starting at the agreed time. Additional hours may be arranged at an extra cost, subject to availability.

Any delays caused by the client or venue that affect setup or operation may result in reduced operating time without refund. Our team requires access to the venue 1 hour before the event for setup.

Setup and Space Requirements

The entire booth space including lights and other equipment requires an area of at least 2.5 x 2.5 metres

The client must provide a safe and suitable area for setup and operation of the 360-degree photo booth.

Revolve Moments provides a stanchion barrier to provide a safe cordoned off area for the 360 Booth

The area must be indoors or sheltered and free from obstructions.

Guest Safety and Behaviour

The event attendant will instruct guests on safe usage of the booth, including stepping on and off the platform carefully and avoiding sudden movements.

To prevent electrical hazard guests will not be permitted to use the booth with any beverages in hand.

Revolve Moments reserves the right to refuse booth use to any guest exhibiting dangerous or unruly behaviour, including those who are intoxicated.

The client will be responsible for any damages caused to the equipment by guests.

Use of Extension Cords

Revolve Moments operates primarily with battery-powered devices. In the unlikely event of a battery failure, an extension cord may be used. This will be securely taped down or covered to minimize any trip hazards.

Liability and Damages

Revolve Moments takes all reasonable steps to ensure safe operation of equipment. However, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages to guests or property during the event.

Any damage to the 360-degree photo booth or associated equipment caused by the client, guests, or the venue will be charged to the client.

Operation and Photo Booth Failure

In the rare event of a failure in Photo Booth operations, the client shall receive a complete refund. Revolve Moments is committed to expending all reasonable efforts to promptly resolve any such issue, however, if this is not possible and the client accepts a full refund, the client voluntarily relinquishes any claims for additional liability or damages.

Additionally, it is important to acknowledge that, given the nature of the equipment, maintenance may be required during the hired service. Should such maintenance become necessary for any reason, a discussion regarding a potential partial refund will be entertained and negotiated in good faith.

Media and Usage Rights

Revolve Moments may take photos or videos of the event for promotional use on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Revolve Moments website. If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

All media captured at the event will be provided to the client as per the agreed package.

Force Majeure

Revolve Moments is not responsible for any cancellations or disruptions due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or venue restrictions. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event or offer a refund at our discretion.

 

Privacy

We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties except as necessary to fulfill the booking (e.g., sharing event details with our staff).

Your contact information will be used solely for communication regarding your event.
